We have been hosting our site with Crucial Paradigm for 6 months and continue to be extremely impressed with their services. From the initial set up process through to the present day they have demonstrated the best customer service i have ever experienced from any organisation in terms of speed of replies, politeness and expertise.
Whether assisting with emergencies or attending to less pressing queries they have always been helpful, friendly and punctual. I find it hard to think of other circumstances where such quality of service is being paralleled.
