According to documents submitted to the ASX ( http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20091111/pdf/31lzwk7dgwl14j.pdf ) SP Telemida (Soul/TPG) has put in a bid to purchase PIPE for $373 million. This is a very interesting combination, and has a lot of ISPs and hosting companies talking about the implications of such a take over.
Should be interesting to see how this pans out, and what effect it takes on the hosting industry.
