Do you offer backups?
Yes we can provide backup space, please contact us to discuss a solution for you.
Do you offer an SLA?
Yes we offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee on our Network.
Is there a contract?
All Dedicated Servers are leased on a minimum three (3) month agreement.
Can I buy extra bandwidth?
Yes you can, bandwidth starts at $3.00 / GB or you can purchase Data Blocks. Pricing is below:
- 50GB Premium Bandwidth: $137.50 / month
- 100GB Premium Bandwidth: $250 / month
- 200GB Premium Bandwidth: $400 / month
- 300GB Premium Bandwidth: $525 / month

What if I go over my bandwidth amount?
If you exceed your limit for the month, overages are billed at $3.00/GB. If you find that you are regularly exceeding your limit, talk to us about your options. We're here to help!
How many IP addresses are included?
5 Useable IP's are included free of charge (8 in total).
Can I buy extra IPs?
Yes, just contact Billing and provide the number extra IP's that you require. Additional IP's are $3 / month.
Do you have a control panel?
Yes - We can provide you the following control panels. If you require any others please contact us.
- cPanel/WHM: $50 / month
- cPanel/WHM with Fantastico: $60 / month
- Direct Admin: $40 / month
- Webmin (All Distros): Free
- Lxadmin (CentOS Support Only): Free
