What is your uptime guarantee?
We aim to provide uptime of 99%+.
Do you offer credit if your SLA is not met?
Not for our Value products however we do on our Standard range of VPS Servers.
Is there a money back guarantee?
No we don’t offer a money back guarantee.
How many IP’s come with the server?
Each VPS comes with 1 Dedicated IP.
How many cores come with each VPS?
Each VPS comes with access to 1 core.
How is bandwidth usage calculated?
We calculate bandwidth on and in + out basis. So if you use 5GB in, and 10GB out your total bandwidth usage is 15GB.
I need more Bandwidth, how much is it over my allowance?
Bandwidth is charged at $3/GB.
The prices are so cheap, they must be hosted in the USA?
No they’re hosted in Sydney! They are hosted in the same racks as all our other servers.
Can I run a game server on these VPS’s?
Negative, sorry but we don’t allow game servers.
Why are these VPS’s so much cheaper than your Standard Range?
These VPS’s are offered on less powerful hardware, RAID 1 and we don’t offer any type of support or server administration assistance.
Who can sign up for these servers?
These servers are available to NEW customers only. A new customer is considered someone who has not purchased a product from Crucial Paradigm before. Any existing customer found ordering this product will have their order canceled and money refunded.
I'm an existing customer, what can you offer me?
We run special offers for our existing customers, if you have not received an email regarding these offers please contact us :)
Will you help me transferring my data or with other things like configuring apache or setting up cPanel?
No. These are unmanaged VPS’s, all we do is server reboots and look after the network and Nodes. Anything else is your responsibility.
How soon will my VPS be setup after its ordered?
It will usually be setup within 48 hours from the order being accepted. This does not include weekends or public holidays so just be patient if you order on a weekend, we'll get it up ASAP.
Do you offer refunds on your Value product?
No we DO NOT provide refunds on this product.
