What I Plan to Learn from T. Harv Eker in 2013

I don’t know about you but sometimes my life becomes so busy. We have so many things, so many commitments and it is sometimes hard to cram it all into one day. I recently purchased my first home with my wife, It is a modest home and as we are not specifically handy around the home we decided to purchase a home that required little renovation.

Well that was the plan, at least now having owned the property for a few months I have found myself finishing work here at Crucial and heading over to the house to do some of the never ending list of to do items before we move in at the end of January. It requires alot of planning to ensure I keep on top of my commitments to my family, work and friends. I think the best way to describe it would be I need to balance the needs of all people in my life. Its funny I use the word balance as that was my new years resolution this year to have more balance.

We have a very active workplace here at Crucial, Aaron, Ijan and Ross regularly train down at the park during lunch and I also used to participate in these training sessions. The feeling you get when coming back from a quick 30 minute burst of excersize invigorates you for the rest of the day. You would think that by exercising during lunch you would feel tired for the rest of the day. Well it is the exact opposite you gain energy and you feel more focused. I have made a plan to attend 2-3 of these sessions each week. I want to try and drop some of the kilos that I have gained over the Christmas period. But the main reason I want to start training with them again is for that boost of energy for the afternoon.

I was fortunate enough to be introduced into some really great training material about personal development recently, I am sure most of you successful people have heard of these guys before. But I had not heard of them. I have recently began to listen to video training of Blair Singer and T. Harv Eker. Harv is a big believer and trainer of the balanced life. Balance between loving, caring and working hard. I have subscribed to their Facebook Pages and I get some great daily inspiration to help you on your journey of becoming balanced in your life. His company Peak Potentials runs training sessions and I believe he is coming to Australia later this year. I will be attending the workshops as they are truly inspirational. I have placed the links to their Facebook Pages below:

I also had the pleasure of meeting a really super inspirational guy late last year at one of the client Christmas parties I attended. His name is Andrew Sparks and he is the managing director of Sparks Elite. He also teaches and coaches people to achieve the best out of themselves. We had a great chat about different techniques you can use to unlock parts of you that you may not even know exist. His Facebook page is also a great one to subscribe to for a daily dose of inspiration. I suggest if you are looking for some guidance into these techniques and help you get the most out of your life, look into the services Andrew provides. He can be reached via his website. http://sparkselite.com

I hope you have found my blog post informative today, It is a little different to start the year off from me this year. But I thought you may find it interesting to see what I have planned for my journey for 2013. Let me know what you have planned for 2013 in the comments below:
