All the team-building events — treasure hunt, Amazing Race.

What is your favourite thing about Crucial?

I just like how it’s a small company, so the stuff that I work on matters more.

Someone like a King, maybe Richard III, and we’d eat whatever we want because I’m eating with the king!

Which company value resonates most with you?

Make complex simple — because a lot of what I’m doing at the moment is automation, so it’s pretty much running a script and it’ll do everything for you.

Get sh*t done.
