2 IPs are included free of charge, additional IPs are charged at $3/month.

2. Are the VPS plans managed?

No, these prices do not include management, full VPS management comes at an additional fee of $50/month. This includes phone support, and additional support for helping configure your VPS.

3. Do you provide backups?

Yes, we run RAID-10 on all our VPS servers, which provides protection from hard drive failure. Additional backups performed to another server can be purchased separately on each plan as follows:

7. Do these plans include swap space?

Yes, they include the same amount of swap space as RAM.
