- Are your Virtual Servers managed?
  Our Virtual Servers are Self-Managed; this means that you are responsible for maintaining and updating the VPS while we are responsible for ensuring that the network and the hardware node is running. - What hardware do you use in your nodes?
  We use industry leading Supermicro Servers, dual-Intel Xeon Processors, Western Digital Enterprise Hard Drives and Adaptec RAID cards.
- Where are your servers located?
  Our servers are located in the Equinix SY3 Datacenter in Alexandria, Sydney. For more information on Equinix click here
- Do you offer load balancing?
  Yes, through our PAYG Public Cloud you can setup your own load-balanced environment. The PAYG product offers the ultimate in performance and customisation, to find out more click here
- Can you provide a private network connection between VPS?
  Yes, we can provide an 1GBit/s Private Network between VPS' upon request. Traffic over the private network is NOT counted towards your bandwidth limits.
- How is bandwidth usage calculated?
  We calculate bandwidth on and in + out basis. So if you use 5GB in, and 10GB out your total bandwidth usage is 15GB.
- Is there a way I can monitor my bandwidth usage?
  Yes we provide a bandwidth counting solution where you can view your monthly traffic (In and Out).
- Which Operating Systems do you offer?
  Currently we offer the following Linux distributions:

  - + Various revisions and versions
- How many IP addresses are included?
  1 IP is included free of charge. Additional IP's are $5/month.
- Do you offer backup software?

- Is there a contract?
  Of course not! All VPS plans are on a month to month agreement, please however keep in mind that we require 14 days' notice before your next billing cycle should you choose to cancel your VPS
- Do you offer an SLA?
  Yes we offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee on our Network.
- How does the CPU scheduling work?
  Our current servers operate dual Intel Xeon E5-2620 processors for a total of 12 x Cores, 24 x Hyperthreads, 15MB Cache and a total speed of 24Ghz (2Ghz Cores). Each VPS is assigned a number of virtual CPU Cores, CPU cores are shared across the server. Each package is allocated a minimum guaranteed CPU priority, when multiplied by the number of CPU Cores you are given the CPU allocation (e.g. 4 Cores x 40% priority = 3.2Ghz). The clock speed is also burstable to a much higher level.
- I plan to grow, can I upgrade?
  Of course you can, our solution is designed from the ground up with flexibility in mind.
- I've done something and broke my VPS?
  No worries you can reboot it, restore from a backup if you have the R1Soft add on or even start over by rebuilding it from your self-service control panel.
- Do you provide discounts for pre-paying for longer periods than 1 month?
  Yes, we provide the following discounts for pre-payment (base VPS package only):
  - Monthly: 0%
  - Semi-Annually: 5%
  - Annually: 10%
- Do you offer a money back guarantee or trial period?
  No we don't. Our virtual servers don't however come with any contracts.
- What if I go over my bandwidth amount?
  If you exceed your limit for the month overages are billed at $.50/GB. If you find that you are regularly exceeding your limit talk to us about your options. We're here to help!
- Can I reboot my machine?
  Yes. All VPS's can perform both soft and hard reboots.
- What about support?
  Our VPS plans are self-managed as standard; this means that you are responsible for security, maintaining the VPS, installing software and all administration. If you don't have extensive experience with server administration or simply don't have time for it we offer a Server Management add-on from $50/month.
- What about payment methods?
  We accept the following:
  - Credit Card
  - PayPal
  - Direct Deposit (1-3 days clearance time)
- What if I want to cancel?
  It would be sad to see you go but if you do wish to cancel simply submit the request via the Manage Account area. Do note that all requests must be submitted prior to the renewal date; any cancellation requests submitted on or after the renewal date must be paid in full.
- How do I sign up?
  Easy, just click the packages link, and then click sign up link to the VPS you would like and follow the sign up process.
- How long does it take to setup my VPS?
  The Linux Virtual Servers aure automatically deployed usually within 30 minutes.
- Do these plans include swap space?
  Yes, they include the swap space.
Server Management

By Default your VPS is self-managed, so you are responsible for installing software, maintaining the VPS and resolving any technical issues that you encounter. Crucial staff members monitor the VPS Node as well as Network and will only perform VPS reboots.
